Lazy Wednesday

Today I am taking it easy.  I have Meniere's disease, which is a disorder of the inner ear that can affect hearing and balance, as well as cause vertigo.  The episodes of vertigo can be caused by stress and intake of caffeine and sodium.  I had too much of both caffeine and sodium yesterday!  So today I'm parking myself on the couch; I have things on my DVR to get caught up on, as well as my book, so I'm a happy camper.

But, I do have a couple of things to share with you that I worked on last night.  As I mentioned in yesterday's post, I wanted to make a word wall on a tri-board, so here are the letter cards.  Click on the picture to get the letter cards.  I printed them on orange cardstock and will laminate before attaching them to the board.

The next activity was started over the weekend, but after yesterday's training, I wanted "I Can ..." charts for my work stations this fall, so I combined the learning objectives with the charts to have continuity.

My next project is to work on "I have ... Who has?" for sight words.  I want to tackle the 2nd and 3rd grade lists this summer for enrichment activities.

Blessings,

    1. When I saw you with, what I think was a Mountain Dew, I knew it was a rough day all around! I'm feeling some better by now.
