1. This week I started centers! I am also working on third quarter reading assessments, so it has been cRaZy in my room! Here's a couple pictures of what has been going on.

2. I am trying to now getting things ready for Easter! Here is my newly finished Easter Unit. Click here to see the unit; be sure to download the preview file for a math freebie!
3. What teacher doesn't love free books?! I received my Scholastic Book order this week and didn't have to pay anything out of my pocket for these books - I used some points and $20 to spend!
4. We have been working on telling time to the hour and yesterday started time to the half hour. My firsties are excellent math students! We flew through our math lesson yesterday and I'm so proud of them!
5. Today was our Pinterest party after school. Several of us get together once a month (or so) to make a craft and eat! Today we made Easter wreaths. A lot of fun!

I keep telling myself I'm going to place a Scholastic Book Order and still haven't made time for it.. maybe after Spring Break. :)
