This is my 100th post!  Wow! :)

Today I am linking up for my Five for Friday!
1. Today I had 10 minutes before lunch, so I pulled out my build-a-word twistables from Lakeshore.  I purchased 2 different sets - build 3 letter words and build 4 letter words.  My children grabbed boards and markers to record the words they created.  It was an exciting 10 minutes!

2. This week I added a lot of games to my center tubs.  Here is one of my groups playing "Go Fish" with Fry words.  Click here to get the set for your room!

3. Today is March!  We are everything St. Patrick's Day and leprechauns in our classroom!  My children have become used to having themed words up each month to help in writing.  {I just realized my cards are crooked!  Oops!}  Here are my March Words.

4. Our schedule was very off this week, so I pushed my reading group plans to next week, allowing me some extra time to focus on sounds and sight words in my groups.  Here, one of my groups is playing "Sound Switching BINGO" with beginning sounds.  They loved it and did very well!

5.  Write the Room with word sort features.  We've moved from Read the Room to having word boxes with the picture.  This little group is slowly progressing, but I'm pleased with their confidence in these activities.

Since I've included a freebie on the first in this post, I am also linking up with Freebielicious for Fabulicious Freebies on the First!

Have a fabulicious weekend!
